After years of battling with my weight & trying every fad diet going in 2015 I finally made the changes to my lifestyle to enable me to achieve my goals.
Weighing in at 14 stone I set myself a goal to lose 2 stone within 6 months. After a shaky start with a combination of exercise (cardio & resistance training) & calorie controlled healthy eating I managed to crush this goal by losing 2.5 stone.
Inspired by my achievements I decided I wanted to help others to achive similar goals so embarked on becoming a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor.
Not only do I offer Personal Training, I also offer a number of classes in the community. I am cotinually striving to improve myself & progress my skills. Currenty qualifications are listed below
