Rave Tone

Tuesdays 6pm - 6.30pm (Online)

Rave Tone is a body weight workout that is pre-choreographed to some fab Ibiza Club Tracks.  Working the entire body, this workout takes you through a warm up, lower body, upper body, yoga flow & core work

A fantastic way to burn fat & tone combining a combination of upper body, lower body, cardio & core exercises

Mondays 6.15pm - 6.45pm (Online)

High intensity functional training based on the movements from the 6 degrees of freedom. Suitable for all fitness levels


Mondays 7pm - 7.45pm (Online)

Wednesdays 6.15pm - 7pm (Online)

Simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great even if you’re a beginner

Pilates & stretch inspired class set to motivating music.  Work on your mobilisation, balance, strength & flexibility. & end the workout with 3 stretch tracks that leave you feeling fab. & relaxed.


Mondays 9.30am M1ND (Online)

Fridays 9.30am R1ZE/M1ND (Online)

R1ZE - HIIT training utilising a step to increase the intensity of the movements.  Step is not essential (Sometimes incorporates hand weights)

M1ND - functional training to help improve mobility, stability & flexibility

Booty Blast

Wednesdays 9.30am (Online)

30 minute workout targeting the butt, legs & core.  It's hard not to love this workout with a great playlist to sweat along to.  Resistance bands can be used for some tracks but not essential
